Tour members, acknowledge by their acceptance, that Indie Travellers Pte Ltd, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members shall not be liable for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours. Further, Indie Travellers Pte. Ltd., its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrictions, acts of war and terrorism, civil uprisings, disturbances, military action, quarantines, weather conditions, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, overbooking, travel advisories, discrepancies or changes in transit , hotel and other services, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes over which are beyond their control or any act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage. All such losses or additional expenses will be the sole responsibility of the tour member as the rates provided are for the arrangements only at the time stated. By signing up for trips featured by Indie Travellers Pte. Ltd., the participant certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other participants. Indie Travellers Pte. Ltd., its agents and suppliers reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants.
Price Validity:
Prices are valid until 31st December 2008.
Prices:
All prices are based on two persons sharing a room. Single supplement rate applies to one persons traveling. Please check with us on single supplement rate.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Currency:
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollar
Children's Rates:
Rates for child below 12 years of age are 25% off adult rates. This is based on sharing a room with accompanying adults and using existing bedding. Cost for additional bedding is available on request with extra cost. This discount is not applicable to promotional package. If there is a promotional package and you have a child traveller, please check with us.
Passports & Visas:
It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are required. It is recommended that verification prior to travel be made of existing foreign visa and health requirements.
Accurate Travellers’ Particulars:
All names, titles, passport numbers of those travelling should be correctly given at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance:
It is important that you take up your own Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that your insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s) beside accidents.
Inclusions and exclusions in our package:
Please read our package itinerary carefully on what are included and not included in the tour package purchase to avoid misunderstanding.
Deposits:
A deposit of 50% of the overall tour cost is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification to you. Confirmation and all final tour information will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
Bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel:
Bookings made less than 45 days of travel is subject to full payment upon confirmation of booking.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. No vouchers or receipts will be issued until final payment is received by our office.
Mode of Payments:
We accept credits cards : Visa, Mastercard through Pay Pal, direct deposit or telegraphic transfer. Contact us for bank details.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Deposited bookings cancelled more than 45 days prior to travel - Any fees levied by suppliers and an administration fee of Singapore Dollar 25.00 will be imposed.
- Fully paid bookings cancelled within 45 to 31 days prior to travel date - Any fees levied by suppliers and an administrative fee of Singapore Dollar 50.00 will be imposed.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to travel date - No refund
Cancellations must be in writing.
Amendment Fee:
If you change your itinerary after full payment and final documents are issued, an administration fee of Singapore Dollar 25.00 will be charged.
