This trip is specially designed for schools, colleges, universities. It provide students with the experience and knowledge about Nepal, one of the most exciting and amazing countries in the world. The programme includes discovering the culture and history of Nepal through the World Heritage Sites, participate in elephant and crocodile breeding programmes and community forest initiatives to protect the forest and wildlife habitat, meet local tribes and local schools for interaction and to understand cultural diversity.


ITINERARY

Day 1       Arrive Kathmandu - Transfer to hotel.
The group will be met at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel to check in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. There will be a welcome dinner with live Nepali cultural performance hosted to welcome the group  to Nepal. (D)

Day 2       Kathmandu - Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa, World Heritage Sites - Nagarkot.
In the morning, the group starts with an educational visit to two of the World Heritage Sites - Pashupatinath Temple and the Bouddhanath Stupa.  After lunch, drive for another to Nagarkot for your overnight stay. Nagarkot situated at the eastern periphery of the Kathmandu Valley. It is about 2,000 meters above the sea level and is the second highest peak in the Kathmandu Valley. On a fine day, Mount Everest is visible. (B,L,D)

Day 3       Nagarkot – Bhaktapur, World Heritage Sites - Kathmandu.
Explore Nagarkot in the morning including visiting one of the local schools. Leave later in the morning for Bhaktapur, one of Nepal’s most well preserve ancient cities situated at 1,401 meters above sea level, also a World Heritage Sites. Return to Kathmandu in the late evening. Check in to your hotel and your will be free at leisure. (B,L,D)

Day 4       Kathmandu – Meghauli, Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, leave for Meghauli on a 7 hours drive for your 3 days 2 nights wildlife exploration at the Royal Chitwan National Park. Meghauli is a village surrounded by Royal Chitwan National Park and two great rivers called Narayani and Rapti. You will check in at a lodge for your overnight stay. (B,L,D)

Day 5      Royal Chitwan National Park.
Today, your programme includes visit to the elephant and gharial (Crocodile) breeding camp, community forest project and visiting villages of Tharu community. It is a combination of walking, elephant ride and river cruise. If you are lucky, you might spot the endangered one-horned rhino, wild sloth bear, water hogs, wild boars, deers, several specie of birds and the Gharials (crocodile) during the river cruise. Sometimes, one can spot the Bengal tiger during an elephant ride. Overnight at a lodge. (B,L,D)

Day 6      Royal Chitwan National Park – Kathmandu
After breakfast, return to Kathmandu. Check in to your hotel for your overnight stay. A special Nepalese farewell dinner will be held in the evening at a traditional restaurant with fine cuisine. (B,L,D)

Day 7      Departure.
Transfer to the airport for your flight. (B)
